HELP

I don't want to use PayPal.

Checks are accepted for one-year subscriptions only. Send a check for $70 (government and military employees may send $60) and your name, address, phone number, email, and password request to:

The Brad Traverse Group
P.O. Box 106
Falls Church, Virginia 22040

You will receive an email when your account is ready to access. Thirty days prior the end of your subscription period, you will receive a reminder email to re-subscribe. If a new check is not received within 15 days of your cancellation date, we will terminate your subscription. Sorry, there are no full or partial refunds for subscriptions paid for by check.

I just subscribed and I can't log in.

There are two possible reasons for the trouble you are experiencing:

1. PayPal has not authorized your subscription yet. If you have not received an email titled "Subscription Confirmation: Brad Traverse Job Listings - Order Number" then your subscription is not yet active. You should check your PayPal account to see if something is wrong -- usually it is something simple like updating an expiration date on your credit card or updating your email address. Once you are sure you are in good standing, you must re-register on our site.

2. A second possibility is that there is a typo in your email address. Please contact us at brad@bradtraverse.com if you have a confirmed subscription and are still unable to log in. We will check your record for you.

I have had access, but now I can't log in.

Unfortunately, the odds are that PayPal has cancelled your subscription. They do so for the following reasons:

- Your credit card has expired or been cancelled.
- You changed funding sources (either from a bank account to a credit card, or vice versa).
- You changed credit cards.
- You may have changed your e-mail address and forgotten to inform PayPal.
- You moved and forgot to update your information on PayPal.

When PayPal cancels your subscription, we are not able to sign you back up again because you have to authorize the PayPal payments. So once you have checked your account and made sure it's in good standing, re-register for a new subscription on our site as a new customer (i.e., you need to create a new record via the registration page). This will kick start the process again for you.

I need to update my credit card.

PayPal doesn't make this easy, but if you follow their rules exactly, your subscription will remain intact. If you don't, then PayPal will cancel your subscription simply for updating or changing your payment information. (We apologize in advance for the hassle, but we've tried to address this problem with them to no avail.)

In order to update your credit card information or to change credit cards, you must add the new card before switching your subscription. If you are simply updating an expiration date, you must add the card into their system as if it was a new credit card, even though the number has not changed. Once the new information is in place, you should be able to switch your subscription over to the new card.

In addition, if you switch from a credit card to using your bank account for the monthly withdrawals, your subscription will get cancelled.

If your subscription is cancelled when you are updating your funding source, please send us an email when you have resubscribed so we can refund the $10 registration fee.

I forgot my password.
