Please note that you when you cancel, you will have access to the site until the end of the period for which you have paid (either monthly or annual). In other words, you will have access to the job listings until your next payment would have been due.

Once your cancellation is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please be sure you receive a notice as this will confirm that you completed the process successfully! We do not provide refunds for subscriptions not cancelled correctly. Be sure to check your credit card or bank account statements each month for any recurring payments you make for any service. If you do not receive a confirmation or want to be sure you have cancelled, please email us at brad@bradtraverse.com.

If you started your subscription prior to November 2013, cancelling your subscription is a two-part process. Once you submit your information, your account on this site will be closed and you'll be forwarded to PayPal to complete the subscription cancellation. You must complete the cancellation with PayPal in order to cancel the monthly withdrawals. If you do not complete the process PayPal will continue the monthly withdrawals. We do not provide refunds for subscriptions that were not canceled properly, nor for partial month usage.

Troubleshooting: If PayPal tells you that you have no active subscriptions or if you are unable to find your subscription number, simply find a recent payment you made to The Brad Traverse Group and click on the "details" of that transaction. That will lead you to a subscription number that you can click on and cancel the subscription there.
