Subscriptions are $5 per month. A registration fee of $10 is charged at the beginning of the subscription period, so your first month's charge is $15. Please note that if you cancel your registration and wish to rejoin at a later date, you will be charged the registration fee again. Renewal fees will automatically be charged to your PayPal account on a 30-day basis until you cancel your subscription.

We do not provide refunds for subscriptions that were not canceled properly, nor for partial month usage.
If your subscription is suspended due to a problem with your funding source, you will receive an email notice and you will have up to 60 days to update your credit card (or bank/debit account if using PayPal). Your subscription will be canceled after 60 days, and if you re-register in the future, there is no waiver of the $10 registration fee.
The registration fee is waived for federal government employees and military personnel, who will only be charged the $5 monthly fee. Please note you must use your .gov or.mil email address to receive this waiver. Click here to use the government/military employees form. If you are a veteran who no longer has a .mil email address, please contact us about the waiver.
When you register for this site, you agree not to share your password with anyone. You also agree not to reproduce the leads in any form. We reserve the right to cancel any member who abuses these policies.
Anyone attempting to register from outside the United States may put their city and country in the address field and then use "Washington, DC 00000" for the U.S. city, state, and zip fields. However, when using the credit card option, you must enter the zip code that your card is billed to for it to process.
